From manager with Maersk to VP with Norgas in Singapore
Saunak Rai, 1 of the 7 Blue MBAs in the series "The Candidates", has made an important change of carreer: from manager of post-fixture operations of Maersk LNG vessels to a position as Vice President (Operations) with Norgas Carriers. New perspectives have come up:
"Presently I am at a very interesting point in my career. I have joined NORGAS Carriers as their Vice President (Operations). In the new position I shall have the overall responsibility of the operational activities of NORGAS fleet globally. This includes meeting client expectations, optimizing voyage related costs for the fleet, developing operational strategies in safe carriage of Petrochemical, LPG and LNG cargoes and implementing new systems to boost creativity and efficiency."
